93% of businesses with 10-250 employees say that providing employees with social wellbeing is one of the most important aspects of health and wellbeing. But only 36% and 42% respectively think they do it very well*.
So how can SMEs go about creating the foundations of social wellbeing?
In this episode, we look at why and how storytelling – when it’s woven into the fabric of an organisation – can help lay the foundations for a culture of social wellbeing. We look at what social wellbeing is, how it is interrelated with emotional and physical wellbeing, and why it should represent part of the foundations of a wellbeing culture in all organisations.
